  I have heard about this place from MANY MANY peeps who love their burgers!
  I live in the area and have been meaning to come by.
  I know the place is considered a "dive" - but I have to say I've seriously grubbed at some of these places and quite a few were more than worth it!
  Now, I'm hitting as I always do - all around! When you're paying for grubbage you should always feel comfortable with where it's being prepped as well as by whom.
  The place could use some renovations - I'm sure the guests would love it as it would show them the appreciation and give them a spot to brag about. Not that they don't already - how do you think I got here?
  Well, today was the day!
  But, I'm not here for the burger - at least not today. I'll come back for the burger then the house specialty - whatever that may be. I'm always game.
  Today I'm here for a Breakfast Burrito! I tend to add-on to my burrito so I'm hoping it's good!
  I added a side of sausage - next time I'll ask for it chopped, jalapeños - they don't offer these, and refried beans - they forgot to ADD these which really bummed me out (not only cause I was charged but because I LOVE refried ma in my breakfast b's!)
  The burrito was really good! And you get your moneys worth.
  The cashier was a bit shy but the grill cook was friendly and more talkative. Excellent.
  Would I return? HELLZ YEAH! Looking forward to those brand they owe me!

  Before I forget - if YOU have a preferred spot for your breakfast burrito - hit me back and let me know as I will travel long distances for grub that's recommended by those who grub!!

  I went to imperial burger on 9/13/19
  I order by phone a cheeseburger and a bacon and lettuce tomato sandwich.
  I picked my order up drive home and started to open the bag and noticed my cheeseburger was very cold. What they did was give me a hamburger that was already made that no one picked up to save money.  I would not waste my time or money with a greedy business that only cares about profit and not customer service. Don't go their you never know what leftovers their gonna put in your food.
  And the bacon in the BLT was so hard it was obvious that the bacon was left overs from the morning breakfast that they didn't sell.
  When I called the girl that answered the phone was very nice and professional. She asked her manager what was my option and I could hear the rude manager say " and what does he expect me to do?"
  And the girl asked her again "so what do I tell him"
  The manager said tell him he needs to bring that hamburger back and we'll give him a new one and we can sell this one to someone else.
  This is what to expect from Imperial Burger
  They should rename the place to Hamburger thrift store.... lol this is where you can buy used food for less!

  Can I just mention how amazing their burgers and chili cheese fries are? I recently tried this place out and oh my god, there is no way I cannot come here for a good guilty pleasure for their chili cheese fries!
  
  You can either be served from the counter inside of the restaurant or outside through the window. This place is like a small mom and pop shop that you can easily drive by without a passing glance. Their service is quick and by lunch they get very, verrrrry busy! So far, I have only tried their Bacon Burger and Chili Cheese Fries so that is all I can recommend.
  
  Worth it!

  I was a customer for the past 2 or 3 years & have never had a bad incident prior to my most recent visit. I loved their chili cheese fries & burgers. However the customer service is not up to par. The last visit I had an unfortunate encounter with the female manager who is an older lady with really bad attitude. My family and I love this place as it is close by our residence but now we will take our business elsewhere and drive an extra 10 miles to Imperial burgers located on Lincoln Avenue & Valley View Street in Buena Park.
  
  If your still reading our last 2 visits involved conversing with the manager (elderly female) who insulted our daughters hair color saying it looked like she did her own hair color at home & not professionally. Also, insulted my wife by raising her voice while looking directly into her face & repeatedly asked if "we were all together?" (We were the only patrons there in line). After a brief argument between the manager and my wife the manager then stated it wasn't her fault they were short staffed also noting most of her employees had recently quit due to her own personal lack of patience.

  Such a good deal at this local spot. Chili cheese fries were really good and their burgers are big and filling. I wish it was open 24 hours.
